Does the Silberform Group offer remote work/home office?
When the position allows it, Silberform enables remote work. We also view the ability to balance work and family life, spend less time in the car, and have more flexible working hours as benefits that many of our employees are happy to take advantage of. At the same time, we believe that working as a team and coming together at events and meetings strengthens team spirit and makes work more enjoyable. That’s why we offer 100% remote work only in exceptional circumstances.
How long will it take before I can expect a response to my application?
Immediately after we receive your application, you will receive a confirmation of receipt via email. Depending on the position, processing your application may take anywhere from a few days to several weeks. We believe it is important and fair to provide a timely response. If you have not heard from us after 4 weeks, please contact us.
Does Silberform offer student internships?
Yes, the Silberform Group offers student internships as part of our internship days. During these events, students gain exciting insights into our technical and business-related apprenticeship programs/trainee positions, get to know our trainees, and have the opportunity to ask questions. Applications are submitted online under “Internships”
Does the Silberform Group offer positions for working students?
Yes. However, these positions are rarely advertised explicitly. We always welcome applications from students. Areas in which we hire student workers include, for example: quality management, marketing, human resources, design, and software development.
